With most of our customers we carefully clean the entire home and/or place of business, paying special attention to bathrooms and kitchens, floors and dusting. We'll vacuum, polish, and scrub our way through your place until everything is cleaned just the way you want it.
Need something extra done? Need us to pay special attention to one area of your house and/or place of business? We're happy to customize a cleaning plan to suit your specific needs, or add special instructions whenever you need that something extra for an additional fee.
MnM's Diamond Shine's trained professional provide all of the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies needed to provide your service. If you would like for our team to use a specific product that deviated from what we normally use, we are more than glad to accommodate your request as long as you provide the desired product. We will not go out of our way to purchase a specific product just for your home unless you provide the additional funds to cover this expense.

Home Watch is a valued service that we at MnM's Diamond Shine perform and provides assurance and protection for your home or property through regular on-site inspections. During these visits, a Home Service Manager will look for signs of damage or danger, both immediate and potential.

There are a variety of reasons why people may choose to hire our professional handymen. Some busy adults might be able to handle these home repair jobs but just don’t have the time. Other people might not have the experience or tools needed to take care of their honey-do list. And for others, mobility, illness, or other health issues may make it impossible for them to handle their home maintenance list. The more preventative measures taken to prep your home for when you’re away, the less chance there is for something to go wrong. A crucial part of that game-plan is to have a homewatch professional conduct regular visits of your unoccupied or vacant home and provide you with a report of their findings each visit.
Our professional handymen have expertise in a wide variety of small home repair jobs around the house. We take care of your honey-do list around the house, handle small jobs like painting touchups, carpentry repair, and drywall repair, light plumbing and electrical work, as well. You can think of our handyman as similar to a family doctor. We can help you with a wide variety of things. But if there are very complicated situations, we will give you a referral to a general contractor or a specialized, licensed professional like a plumber, electrician, or roofer.
Construction and renovation are exciting - until you see the mess they leave behind. We are prepared to handle all of the post-construction clutter. We'll make sure your new construction is spotless and ready to be shown, lived in, or worked upon.
Here at MnM's Diamond Shine, our designer will work with the space that you have to create a closet that actually works for your lifestyle and for the items that you need to store. This may involve adding rods, shelves, baskets, drawers, and other types of accessories to help organize the space so that it works better to store your things and also looks attractive and inviting so that you want to use the space the way that it’s intended.
Our Property Managers here at MnM's Diamond Shine will give you peace of mind when it comes to handling your properties. We make sure to follow all Tenant-Lanlord laws and regulations, we will act as a local presence for out of town owners, handle maintenance requests, show and lease vacant units, and collect & deposit rents.
