Regular Cleaning

Does it sometimes feel there just aren’t enough hours in the day to keep your home looking its best? Don’t worry… you’re not alone. Thousands across SWFL dread opening the door after a busy day knowing the clutter that awaits. This doesn’t have to be you. With the help of MnM's Diamond Shine, you can rest assured you’ll receive the cleaning services that fit your unique needs.

Regular Cleaning is the most common cleaning, performed on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, dependent on the client's needs.  This Regular Cleaning is performed for the client normally after a Deep Cleaning has been performed for first time clients or clients who are returning to SWFL for the winter after months of not having had their homes cleaned.

MnM's Diamond Shine will arrive with all the necessary equipment and products needed to perform the cleaning service at your place.  We use our own cleaning products that are proven to be tough on grime and bacteria while gentle to your belongings.  We are also willing to accommodate requests to use specific cleaning products but they have to be provided by you, the client.

The following services are performed in a Regular Cleaning:

A L L  A R E A S

  • Molding, baseboards, window sills & door frames dusted (Fans dusted if within reach)

  • Wastebaskets emptied and trash liners replaced

  • Hallways and stairs dusted, vacuumed & mopped

  • Shelves & glass tops dusted and wiped clean (items removed and replaced)

  • Rugs vacuumed (delicate rugs will lightly be shaken off)

  • Floors vacuumed, swept & mopped (underneath furniture if accessible)

  • Dust & vacuum behind wall units (if accessible)

  • Upholstered Furniture vacuumed

K I T C H E N

  • Trashcan emptied, wiped and polished on the outside and trash liners changed

  • Exterior of kitchen appliances dusted & cleaned (polish any stainless steel appliances) Sinks, countertops, backsplash & fixtures scrubbed clean (items removed & replaced) Exterior & interior of microwave cleaned

  • Stove top, fan & range hood cleaned and polished

  • Cabinet fronts wiped clean

  • Kitchen furniture/bar area dusted & wiped clean

  • Counter top items dusted & wiped clean

  • Laundry area dusted & floors cleaned-Washer & Dryer wiped from exterior

  • Load or unload one dishwasher (1 load-Additional dishes washed will be charged accordingly)

B E D R O O M S

 

  • Lampshades, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted/wiped clean

  • Change & make bed - one set of sheets washed, dried & folded (client must provide laundry detergent/dryer sheets)

  • TV/Computer monitors dusted (screen only dusted not wiped) Straighten/Tidy overall room Furniture dusted & wiped

  • Cleaning of Chandeliers

  • Wet Wiping of Light Bulbs

  • Cleaning of Bio-hazards (Mold, etc)

  • Hoarding

  • Animal Waste/Litter/Insects

  • Heavy Scrubbing of Walls

  • Heavy Duty/Steam Carpet or Any Carpet Cleaning

  • High To Reach Areas (More than a 2 step ladder)

  • Washing of Exterior Windows

  • One set of two towels washed, dried and folded/hung

  • Sink accessories dusted & wiped clean

  • Vanity top dusted & wiped clean (items removed and replaced)

  • Towel bar & toilet paper holder dusted & wiped clean

  • Closets vacuumed, dusted & tidied

  • Additional services are available upon request.

  • Additional requests will be evaluated and added to your estimate along with the extra cost associated with them.

  • All additional requests to be approved and signed off on original estimate by MnM's Diamond Shine and by the client.
